Sumari:The present project consists of the automation of the credit management system in the financial institution 'KALLARIK SAMAY', located in the city of Otavalo, the institution has opened its doors approximately five years ago, with the purpose of helping in agriculture and livestock offering microcredits to peasants for the contribution of their crops and other enterprises. The institution has been of great help by providing microcredit services to people who do not meet the necessary requirements, and ordinary banks generally do not help them due to the lack of these requirements. Therefore, clients who want a loan, generally go mainly to the financial institution 'KALLARIK SAMAY', since it provides them with loans with few procedures with a low interest rate for agriculture and livestock. The way to manage the credit and the storage of all the information is done through physical documents and the credits are stored in excel format, which has been a risk for the institution, exposing the loss of information, accumulation and disorder of documents, time long service hours, and despite being a prestigious institution within the communities, there have been complaints that in order to make inquiries or credit applications, they must remain on hold for several hours. As a consequence of these problems, there has been a need to develop a web system that allows inquiries and credit applications to be made online, for this it is enough to have a computer or laptop that is connected to the internet and wait for the advisor's response and interact through this web system. The system will allow the client to avoid a long wait for a consultation and, in turn, will make it easier for the institution to store and manage information in an appropriate manner and to use updated information instantly.
