Se empleó una metodología exploratoria y descriptiva, que incluyó la realización de encuestas a la población objetivo y el análisis estadístico de los datos obtenidos. Los resultados revelaron una demanda insatisfecha en el mercado local, garantizando la viabilidad del proyecto, y demostraron un retorno de inversión positivo a lo largo de cinco años de operación.
