Beskrivelse
Summary:This work proposes social housing as an impulse for the recovery of the community after the impact of a natural disaster that affected Tabete, in the rural parish of San Mateo, south of Esmeraldas, carrying out urban planning of the immediate context of the community, as well as prototypes of resilient, productive, progressive and sustainable housing. The design process is proposed, from the macro, meso and micro scale, applying site analysis to evaluate the threat index of the selected location of the project, as well as the evaluation of the current state of housing, the needs and requirements of the users. The community is planned, through schematic networks, land uses, equipment, agricultural areas, parks and floodable crops, residential area and reforestation area, as well as basic services. Investigative and participatory methodologies were applied, which allowed generating a sense of belonging and social cohesion. We conclude with two housing prototypes, according to the analysis carried out, which allow horizontal and vertical growth, the variation and adaptation of space according to need, as well as self-construction through the principles of sustainable architecture.
