The solution seeks to enhance operational efficiency and user experience through the integration of key functionalities, such as stock management, order processing, and customer administration. The agile eXtreme Programming (XP) methodology was employed, enabling continuous collaboration with the client and the iterative delivery of features. During development, system requirements were identified and documented, followed by a detailed design phase and rigorous testing to ensure software quality. As a result, the system successfully automated and optimized inventory and order management, reducing processing times and minimizing errors in stock control and customer records. This facilitated more efficient access to information and improved operational organization within the company. |
