Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | The present degree work is developed in Ibarra city's urban area, in the Tahuando River, Imbabura province, in the north of Republic of Ecuador, it had focused in the accessibility, environmental care and education of the urban rivers through the use and intervention of the public space and river ecosystem shores using the repertoires, documents and parameters based and pre established on the literature. This investigation has the use of techniques and instruments of assessment about the site landscape and identity, the preference level and perception from the landscape condition, moreover the public spaces’ quality and comfort on around context with education focus and environmental self-identity, it shows results of the special condition and achieving to the sector issues and to its designing planification as solution. Three intervention scales are proposed as solution derived from the sector study issues\; the urban planning with accessibility and inclusive mobility-active criteria based in regulations and parameters of quality of public space, also connectivity to landscape design “Tahuando Habitat” with access and interaction indicators between river and city. Furthermore, the architectural design of the Centro Multifuncional Río (multifunctional center pavilion), it’s focused to the environmental care and researching through spaces to knowledge which offers places of distraction and gathering\; the equipment gives a landscape focusing based in the environmental with the city through its oriels and viewpoints\; therefore the three interventions are developed making a remarkably dynamic system, also there are service capacity, culture, mental and corporal health to the humans and the nature in one to the future. |
