Résumé:Trade transactions have evolved according to the needs and requirements imposed by the market and above all to the change in the customs of customers who make use of modern technologies to make purchases through a client company method called B2C, the which is a business model where product transactions are carried out through the online purchase process, so the objective was to implement a web / mobile application for the promotion of the Amelia microenterprise through an electronic commerce model. The methodology of development of the technological solution for the microenterprise that was used is that of Extreme Programming, which provides the processes and procedures necessary for the development of the software product through specification of requirements, modeling, development, testing and implementation of the application. with the client. As a result, a web application was obtained which allows the personalization according to an online sales business model of the Amelia microenterprise through the Internet, as well as a mobile application so that customers can carry out the purchase transactions of the different products that the online store offer.
