The report of the Final Degree Project 'LA CARRERA DE DERECHO EN EL ECUADOR Y SU PERTINENCIA, CASO: PROVINCIA DE IMBABURA EN EL PERIODO 2022-2023' in particular analyzes the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador\; the analysis of the continuity of the law career, as established by the Constitution of Ecuador, laws and national regulations is proposed. The research is based on a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) and was developed through the socio-legal method\; the national regulations regarding accreditation and relevance of the law career were investigated, to deepen the research, surveys were conducted to professionals in the field to obtain their opinion, and in contrast, in addition to interviews with teaching experts in the area, the parameters investigated are based on the guidelines of the CACES, including the learning environment of the law career (Relevance, current and prospective status, Follow-up to graduates).
