This company provides its private security services to different companies in the country and is characterized by having a low level of technological infrastructure both in hardware and software, for which one of its main problems is the management and control of operational personnel (guards security and supervisors) which causes different internal inconveniences and especially with customers. The objective of this work was to develop two technological applications, a web application and a mobile application to optimize and improve the management and control processes of the operating personnel of the aforementioned company, allowing the visualization and storage of information in real time. The purpose is that in the event of any irregularity, immediate decisions can be made. For the development of these applications, observation and interview research techniques were used to establish the necessary requirements. For software development, we worked with the agile Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. A relational database was used, the CodeIgniter 4 framework\; For the mobile application, Flutter and the Dart programming language were used. The implemented web and mobile applications respond to secure, scalable, easy-to maintain proposals that allow information to be backed up from time to time, which allowed solving the research problem and adding benefits to the company, compared to the competition. |
