要約: | The present work develops an architectural proposal for a land terminal in the city of Otavalo. Based on the compilation and study of the literature found, four evaluations were developed, initially focused on the physical space of the current terminal, user surveys, key informant interviews and finally an evaluation to determine the location of the site where the new proposal will be located. The first three evaluations determined the problems encountered, as well as the aspects on which the planning of the proposal should place more emphasis. The proposal is presented in three scales to intervene, as responsive measures to the results of the investigation: the urban planning includes the connection of the proposal with the city of Otavalo, the urban design is focused on the intervention of the roads that delimit the lot of the proposal and finally the architectural design includes the land terminal 'Mindalae', a safe place designed for pedestrians, with commercial areas, spaces of enjoyment for carriers and administrative staff. Each space is designed to ensure its functionality, efficient use of resources for a more pleasant environment inside and outside the establishment with the help of the inclusion of vegetation, a structural system that provides large lights to provide spaciousness and illumination to the spaces. |
