El enfoque metodológico adoptado consistió, en recopilar información para evaluar las condiciones de los centros de asistencia al adulto mayor existentes y determinar los desafíos enfrentados. Además, se llevó a cabo un análisis del sitio a través de un diagnóstico para identificar las necesidades y requisitos de la población vulnerable.
