Opis
Streszczenie:The article aims to show the role that a new tourist called politician has assumed, who stands out for his proclivity for proactive, empathic, and supportive participation in the emancipatory movements of local communities subjected to conflict and post-conflict processes, which Not only have they appropriated their resources, but they have not allowed to project their social, economic potentialities and the use of their natural and cultural heritages. The methodology is an ethnographic case study, with in-depth interviews, participant observation -such as the recording of results in the performance and impact of training and advisory activities offered by the so-called political tourists to the people of the population- and the survey of the information -in situ- of the conditions of its resources, infrastructures and activities that corroborate why in the population of Cherán, in Michoacán, this new tourist has a relevant presence in the population studied. Some results show that the inhabitants opt for this type of tourists, which gives rise to a type of tourism that supports endogenous development, as well as a successful community organization that seeks to project itself with the presence of this type of tourists.
