الملخص:The ethnobotanical study is carried out due to the accelerated loss of traditional knowledge, the degradation of forests and natural habitats in the Amazonian communities and related areas. The objective of this work is to propose an instrument that facilitates the accessibility of information on ancestral knowledge related to the ethnobotanical study of medicinal species and other uses. To do this, a survey must be applied on the basis of the Theoretical Model of Communication for Development, which proposes the Interlocutor - Middle - Interlocutor technique that allows dialogue between the interlocutor and the recipient with a scientific character that will be carried out in three moments. : application, validation and generalization, thus obtaining the information treasured by the Amazonian communities in accordance with their ethnic ethnobotanical origin from the management of the instrument (survey). The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the staging of these stages in the application of the survey through the relationship established between the researcher and community leaders, ancestral healers, farmers, housewives, people of different ages, other members of the community with interest in the subject. In addition to facilitating accessibility for the location and identification of medicinal species and other uses.
