Итог:Climate change has profound implications with the production of food and consequently with food security. In this sense, the water footprint also directly affects production. Territorial dynamics and global changes require the promotion of sectors outside those traditionally considered by decision makers that incorporate environmental considerations. Through a multicriteria analysis and the use of criteria such as poverty, vulnerable groups, quality employment, role of women, climate change and professionals in emerging sectors emphasizing environmental criteria, (the water footprint) to determine the productive chains prioritized in the province of Loja. The results show that the chain of knowledge and innovation, tourism, bio-knowledge and coffee are one of the prioritized, in addition the chain of knowledge stands out for its greater contribution in environmental, productive and social terms, that is, considering the environmental issue. Finally, territorial dynamics and global changes require the promotion of sectors outside those traditionally considered by decision makers that incorporate environmental considerations.
