Application of the procedure for the diagnosis of the management of human resources in the inns of Pastaza

The human resources management is an important field for the functioning of any organization and stands a greater amount of services. The Ecuadorian tourism industry-especially the inns- have deficiencies in the way the service is provided, due to inadequate human resources management. These institutions are key pieces in the Ecuadorian tourism industry, so improvement is required in terms of this management from the perspective of social responsibility. The main objective of this article focuses on applying the procedure for diagnosing of the human resources functions in seven inns in the Pastaza province, to identify possible strategies and thereby contribute to improving the tourist service level.
