This paper is developed with the purpose of analyzing the financial management of SMEs in the real estate sector of Guayaquil city, through various analyses. The variables of this work are financial management and profitability. The approach used was mixed, with type of field and descriptive research. The techniques used were the documentary observation (financial statements) and the interview that was carried out with professionals related to this topic. The analysis unit was determined in SMEs of the real estate sector domiciled in Guayaquil and that have presented their financial statements for the years 2018 to 2020 on the platform of the Superintendencia de Compañías….. |
