However, the lack of adequate spaces for artistic, educational, and social development has limited the community's access to diverse cultural activities. This research proposes the design of a Cultural Development Center in Milagro, integrating the principles of contemporary architecture and introspective architecture. The aim is to create a space that not only meets the functional needs of the community but also generates a positive impact on the perception of the urban environment. To achieve this, the use of native and sensory gardens, as well as a public plaza to encourage social interaction, is considered. This project seeks to promote cultural, artistic, and educational development while fostering a sense of belonging and community engagement in Milagro. |
