Description
Summary:This study examines the impact of administrative management on the operational and financial performance of Monfinsa S.A., a company in the hotel sector. It is based on the premise that efficient administration, supported by planned, organized, and controlled processes, has a positive effect on the productivity and profitability of the company. The research adopted a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques, through surveys, interviews, and documentary analysis to evaluate the administrative structure, operational performance, and financial results. The findings reveal that a clear definition of roles, strengthening of internal communication, and implementation of management indicators contribute to optimal resource utilization and improved profitability. However, shortcomings were identified in the formalization of procedures, staff training, and the integration of technological tools—factors that limit growth and competitiveness. As a proposal, a strategic improvement plan is presented, aimed at optimizing the organizational structure, digitizing critical processes, and establishing a monitoring system for key indicators. Implementing these actions would allow Monfinsa S.A. to increase operational efficiency, enhance its market position, and ensure long-term sustainability.
