In the Canton of Ventanas, the lack of adequate geriatric centers limits access to health, recreation, and comprehensive care services, making the development of specialized infrastructure necessary. In this context, this research aimed to design a geriatric center that incorporates anthropometric spatial criteria adapted to the physical, climatic, and social conditions of the region. To achieve this, a mixed methodology was employed, including documentary research, territorial and natural analysis of the canton, as well as surveys conducted with users, relatives, and personnel involved in geriatric care.
