Resumo: | The objective of this research is to contribute to the learning process through Educational Inclusion for students with Attention Difficulties, demonstrating the importance they have in the development of learning, it is for this reason that the type of field was used, because it is characterized Because it is carried out in the place where the survey was applied, it has direct contact with the population under study and analyzes the situation with the help of resources that will expose the problem, to provide the opportunity to manage the variables and establish some type of relationship, through the method deductive, through the applied tools the Attention Difficulties were observed, at the same time the observation process that was carried out on the teachers to verify what strategies were applied in the classroom, to develop the knowledge of students with difficulties , through descriptive research, the characteristics that were presented with the population were specified, the objective of the present study towards the proposal of an acquisition of resources and supports to promote good practices of teachers in educational attention to students with needs special educational and to understand the preparation process that educators have in Educational Inclusion, this allowed an analysis to reach conclusions about the events that arose in the investigation, in order to strengthen teacher preparation in the difficulties that the student is present, the students also feel a need to be listened to, valued, that is, that their difficulties and differences are not discriminated against, on the contrary, the teaching staff is required to show more empathy, tolerance in terms of the care provided to the children and girls, the relationship that is oriented in a system of educational influences for decision-making that make it possible to enforce educational policies and improve the professional performance of the teacher with Attention Difficulties, therefore inclusion must be a main axis within the educational system should not even be applied as something isolated, but as a whole, in such a way to achieve interaction and inclusive practices for all students. |
