Gaia:Currently, there is no section that emphasizes Road Safety Audits (RSA) in the government websites of the country. In countries such as Peru, there is a manual for the application of RSA, which is governed by a standardized scheme. The Road Safety Audit carried out in the San Mateo- Chinca section of the E20 road, arises from the problems that afflict this section, due to multiple factors that affect the road scenario. Previously, the information of different formats was approached, in order to know the schemes used. It is worth mentioning the existence of a software called iRAP, which makes an analysis by sections, and through stars it qualifies the level of safety, based on this, the innovative idea of creating an analysis by section was born, with the perception, diagnosis and countermeasures coming from the professional criterion. During the audit, the data obtained were considered, and it was found that the parameters that had the greatest impact on the road safety of this section were: the roadway, drainage, signaling, and lateral areas. After this, it was possible to generate preventive measures, explaining the advantages of their application. The observations.
