Add Tag | Summary: | In Ecuador, social networks are used massively by children and adolescents, allowing them to maintain communication between people of their age, even older than them. This is the point to be investigated, and the problem that has been generated in Ecuadorian society, when children and adolescents are cyber-harassed, because they expose personal photos, beliefs, ideologies, and others, aspects that may be used for harassment, violating privacy, constituting a crime against physical, psychological or sexual integrity. The objective of this work corresponds to analyzing the incidence of cyberbullying in children and adolescents, to propose a legal regulation that favors the abuse of minors through cyberbullying to this priority group. The research is qualitative and quantitative, which allow us to obtain results on the reality of the procedure, both quantifiable and non-quantifiable, the technique of interviewing experts on the subject was used, this technique is of great help for an investigation as it is an effective method of collecting data……… |
