Summary:The present research work has been developed with the purpose of dealing with the problems that arise from the excessive use of technology in the children of 4 to 5 years of age of the Educational Unit "Sir Thomas More". Basically this project consists of IV chapters to be developed, in the first chapter can be evidenced, the excess of technology and its influence on the cognitive development of children of 4 and 5 years, in the second chapter we mentioned how the excess of technology affects cognitive development, as this influence and rapid development of the child, evidence an increase in physical, physiological disorders, causing problems of obesity, attention deficit hyperactivity, autism, coordination disorder, sleep and sensory processing, developmental delays, learning disabilities, anxiety, and childhood diabetes, epidemics whose causes are related to excessive use of technologies.
