The main focus is to standardize administrative and operational activities, improving productivity and minimizing errors. Through the creation of this manual, we seek to provide detailed guidance that allows employees to execute their tasks efficiently and consistently. In addition, interviews and observations were carried out to diagnose the current situation of the company, identifying the need to reduce dependence on manual tools and individual memory. The manual includes detailed descriptions, process diagrams, and flowcharts covering everything from receipt of the customer's application to return of warranties. With the implementation of this manual, it is expected to increase productivity by 22% and reduce operational errors by 24%, positioning Cessio Factoring as a solid competitor in the financial market. |
