要約:Teacher performance in inclusive education is essential for educational institutions. The teacher must apply educational strategies that favor inclusion and attention to diversity. The present investigative work arises from the need to improve the performance in inclusive education of the teachers of the high school area of the Miraflores educational center in the city of Guayaquil. The stated objective was to design workshops aimed at improving the performance of these teachers in inclusive education. The research approach used was mixed. Data collection instruments were applied such as the survey of 12 teachers, interviews with three authorities and the head of DECE. In addition, 12 teaching activities were observed in order to obtain information according to the stated objectives. The result was that teachers in the high school area lack teaching tools and need to be trained in inclusive education issues to improve their teaching performance. The proposed workshops are based on an active teaching-learning methodology, they propose methods such as the illustrative explanatory and problem teaching, among others. The topics of the workshops were chosen according to the results obtained in the applied instruments.
