MARCELINO MARIDUEÑA, GUAYAS PROVINCE "; It has the object to mitigate the existing environmental pollution and optimize vehicular traffic on this important road, especially in the time of sugarcane harvest, period in which traffic in this road is the highest, also ensure the transport of industrial products as well as the transport of the wide variety of agricultural products from the area, generating socio-economic growth of the sector, contributing to the goals of good living and urban development plans of GAD Municipal Crnel. Marcelino Maridueña. The methodology used to collect field data was by topographic survey with modern equipment and technology, processing all the information with an innovative software called AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D-2016, the AASHTO-93 standards, Ecuadorian vial NEVI-12MTOP standard, and all the knowledge acquired in classes, which obtained the final geometric vial design, earthworks volumes, materials volumes for road structure, to finally obtain the referential budget and programming work……
