Ajouter un tag | Résumé: | The following article aims to review the state of the art of the trend that the collaborative economy follows globally as well as within Ecuador. This essay of argumentative character tries to analyze how collaborative consumption has gained momentum in recent years, thanks to the disruption of innovative digital platforms that connect potential users of a service with suppliers of the same, revolutionizing the traditional way of transporting by taxi or the way to find temporary accommodation within an urban conglomerate. It is concluded that the apps that mobilize or give accommodation to people must be subject to a regulation that allows guarantee levels of quality and safety for the user; a regulatory framework that must be different from that applied in the traditional economy by the State to taxi drivers and temporary accommodation providers. |
