El objetivo del proyecto es convertir el centro en un lugar que fomente el proceso de sanación a través de la arquitectura, reconociendo la importancia de un ambiente adecuado para la recuperación. Para respaldar una perspectiva integral de la reintegración, se han creado nuevas zonas recreativas y terapéuticas dentro del proyecto.
