Resulta imposible llegar a una exacta determinación de esta responsabilidad ya que el Ecuador a través de la Constitución reconoce libertades de aplicación de la justicia indígena, pero impone ciertas limitaciones y es precisamente en el marco de los derechos humanos reconocidos.
