Резюме:This research is based on a bibliographic review, analysis and systematization of various sources and authors, said information has been obtained from scientific journals, books and web pages where it is described and analyzed how the communicative competences of teachers affect attention to diversity of the students of the basic elementary level of the Escuela Nuestra Señora Del Sagrado Corazón. The initial interest of this problem is to observe the performance of a teacher in the face of diversity and the importance of being well prepared and trained to meet this demand; Above all, the teacher must possess the skills, abilities and skills necessary to communicate correctly according to the needs of each of the students during the educational practice in the classroom, they must also possess qualities such as humanization, equity, responsibility. The results obtained show that the teacher is one of the most important and influential agents in pedagogical mediation, being positive attitudes those that would contribute to creating a better inclusion of students with physical and cognitive disabilities, on the contrary, negative attitudes tend to encourage rejection and exclusion. Finally, some techniques that the teacher could implement to improve their attitude towards students with Special Educational Needs associated with a disability are described.............
