The objective of this work is to analyze computer crimes perpetrated against children and adolescents that violate human rights; the problem generated is born from the advancement of technology. This study is developed under the qualitative method, which allows the exploration and compilation of information related to the topic; explanatory research is also used to describe the proposed problem. As a result, it is obtained that the computer crimes that are carried out against children and adolescents generate a severe impact on human dignity; finally, it is determined that on the part of the Ecuadorian State, there are no actions aimed at combating the illegal acts that are committed and executed through computer systems. |

Por un lado, existen beneficios para la sociedad que hacen posible que ciertas actividades se lleven a efecto de forma más rápida; otra lectura ha implicado que se realicen actos delictivos en el espacio virtual. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar los delitos informáticos que se perpetran contra niñas, niños y adolescentes y que vulneran los derechos humanos. Se desarrolla bajo el método cualitativo, el cual permite la exploración y compilación de información relacionada con el tema; igualmente se emplea la investigación explicativa para describir la problemática propuesta. Como resultado, se obtiene que los delitos informáticos que se desarrollan contra niñas, niños y adolescentes causan una grave afectación a la dignidad humana.
