Las emergencias se originan por desastres naturales, producidos por la misma naturaleza y antrópicos causados por actos inconscientes de las personas, ocasionando pérdidas humanas y daños ambientales irreparables en el medio ambiente, en un sitio particular y tiempo determinado. Se realiza un análisis comparativo entre los años 2013 al 2017, en donde se muestra la evolución de los diferentes sucesos catastróficos registrados en la Secretaria de Gestión de Riesgos.
