| Sumari: | The objective of this paper is to analyze whether or not it is necessary to implement a specific criminal offense to punish the aggressor for the suicide of a woman who was a victim of violence by the aggressor. The research offers a comparative legal-criminological perspective between Ecuador, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, El Salvador and Spain. The results discuss whether it would be sufficient to simply punish this conduct under the crime of "Instigation or Inducement to Suicide" or whether it is indeed necessary to criminalize the crime of "Femicide by inducement or aiding and abetting". |
