Description
Résumé:In Latin America and Ecuador, migration, today known as human mobility, is one of the problems that have no solution; poverty, public policies, socioeconomic models, internal conflicts, lack of jobs and today, corruption, are the main reasons why millions of citizens decide to leave their country of origin to settle in another. With the arrival of foreigners to another country, a series of problems arise that involve international relations and the rights of migrants. In this sense, the purpose of this manuscript is to analyze the right to health of foreigners in a situation of human mobility in Ecuador; to achieve this objective, an analytical and critical study was carried out on the two variables of study (right to health and human mobility). For the analysis of the research object, empirical, inductive, analytical and descriptive methods were used; the research techniques and instruments used are observation, reading of physical and virtual documents. The results of the research allow us to conclude that, despite the existence of sufficient national and international regulations, there is no effective enjoyment of the right to health of foreigners in a situation of human mobility in Ecuador.
