Legal issues stemming from a pandemic

With the present work, I propose to carry out a review of some elements of the reality, that are part of the scenary created by the pandemic and its effects in the human harmony in the legal world, both on the theoretical level and on a strictly normative level. Aspects of legal-doctrinal, legal-political, and constitutional nature will be dealt with and due to my closer proximity to the workspace, I will emphasize some aspects of it, including the intention to show some aberrations that have occurred due to the business opportunity to reduce the workforce or get rid of workers of some seniority, throughout the untimely dismissal that, far from acquiring legality, remains an illegal and abusive mechanism in labor relations.
