Samenvatting:The present work exposes certain elements of the legal culture that contribute little or nothing to the social conglomerate. Thus, several issues are unravelled in which the legal science has been outdated, reduced, misunderstood, disabled, overvalued, unknown or incompetent before the challenges demanded by the country and a society that requires laws that allow a better coexistence between people.
