Their protection must always be guaranteed by the State, but as can be seen in the text, they have become more flexible and what we have is that they have yielded to security and the search for investigation of the facts. |

Las que han logrado transformarse ha sido producto de la tensión entre libertad y seguridad, poder punitivo y libertad; investigación y derechos humanos. Esta tensión ha producido que los sistemas procesales evoluciones. Los derechos humanos siempre serán importantes frente a la seguridad y la coacción.
