| الملخص: | Corruption is one of the biggest debts of modern democracies in developing countries. Since the dawn of humanity, this evil has existed, which now marks the difference between serious, developed countries with sold and reliable institutions compared to poor countries, where power is above the Law. It is important to know the legal framework to combat this scourge: international and national regulations, and to know that the commission of acts of corruption seriously damage even Human Rights. The various reasons which make difficult to banish this virus are also analyzed from the economic, political- administrative, social, and cultural aspects. Finally, it is verified how in real life a recognized and wealthy private transnational company (Odebrecht) corrupted almost all the countries of the continent, making a special analysis of what happened in the jurisdictions of Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia. |
