Résumé:This work contains a review of the Organic Law Reforming the Organic Law of Public Service and the Labor Code to prevent Workplace Harassment, with which workplace bullying was introduced into our legal system. On this basis, the incidence of the Covid-19 pandemic will be addressed in the labor contractual modality par excellence in these times, teleworking. Finally, we will review what is known as cyberbullying or digital workplace violence, terms and institutions that are not yet part of our legal system.
