Between 2009 and 2015 the Mercosur Audiovisual Programme took place, a new regional experience that executed a line of public policies coordinated by all members of the scheme, showing a sensitive orientation towards the digital paradigm in consolidation in the film industry, and also defining a post-liberal agenda for Mercosur. |
