description The aim is to present an analysis of ethical and moral issues that arose during discussions with young people about advertising messages, to which they had been exposed. Such discussions were focused on the theme “social interactions and technology use”. This is a qualitative study based both on literature and documental research and on focus groups, using axiological analysis. The analysis revealed youngsters’ perception on what they consider as positive and negative aspects of message contents. They highlight the role played by advertising in the process of coexisting and they understand that advertising messages should aim to promote good relationships and welfare among individuals.

Se trata de un estudio cualitativo, basado en investigación documental y bibliográfica y discusiones en grupo, con análisis axiológico. Del análisis emerge la percepción de los jóvenes sobre lo que consideran aspectos positivos y negativos en el contenido del mensaje. Muestran el papel desempeñado por la publicidad en el proceso de cohabitación y entienden que sus mensajes deberían preocuparse por la promoción de las relaciones y el buen vivir entre los individuos."Este texto objetiva oferecer uma análise de questões morais surgidas nas discussões estabelecidas pelos jovens sobre mensagens publicitárias a eles expostas, referentes à temática “relações sociais e uso da tecnologia”. É um estudo qualitativo, baseado em pesquisas bibliográfica e documental e discussão em grupo, com análise axiológica. Da análise emerge a percepção dos jovens sobre o que consideram aspectos positivos e negativos nos conteúdos das mensagens.
