La escritura de la historia se piensa a partir de la tensión entre estructura y ausencia, ley normativa y acto singular, poder de la institución y resistencia del sujeto. En este marco, el análisis del caso Schreber se convierte en un laboratorio privilegiado para explorar la relación entre resistencia mística y violencia institucional, mostrando cómo institución y acto se constituyen mutuamente en un campo histórico atravesado por lo imposible.Este trabalho analisa a influência da psicanálise na reflexão histórica de De Certeau, destacando seu rejeito à noção de um inconsciente atemporal na prática histórica. A escrita da história é pensada a partir da tensão entre estrutura e ausência, lei normativa e ato singular, poder da instituição e resistência do sujeito.
