An approach to the ethnographic audiovisual producción towards development and social inclusion of indigenous peoples and Afro-descendants in Central America

This paper presents communication as a strategic element capable of strengthening and stimulating the both culture and development, and promoting intercultural dialogue; and at the same time, stimulating concepts of cultural identity, the encouraging of creativity and peaceful coexistence between peoples, in order to promote development strategies and social inclusion of indigenous peoples and Afro-descendants in Central America. The audio-visual ethnographic, by-product of such an approach, emerges as a subject of study and projection tool.
