| Περίληψη: | The article aims to discuss how women appropriate and are represented in electoral television advertising as candidates for political representation positions. Communication in the campaigns - especially through television - is one of the key pieces in Brazilian electoral disputes, at the same time the insertion of women in political spaces is increasingly. Based on this issues, it is identified how the Paraná’s women candidates, when they have access to television, use the communication space offered to them. For this, the discourse and the issues in the advertising are analyzed. The method used is quantitative analysis of content and 1878 segments of the 2014 electoral advertising for the federal legislature were observed. |
