Optamos por enfocar los conceptos de deliberación pública y deliberación mediada del contexto de los movimientos sociales. El corpus de la investigación engloba las materias publicadas en el sitio del MST, en la sección "Especiales - Campaña: En defensa del Código Forestal"", durante el período de marzo a diciembre de 2010, en que el Código Forestal pasó por un proceso de reformulación por el Congreso Nacional brasileño."Este artigo procura discutir a mediação feita pela comunicação produzida pelo site do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST) sobre a reformulação do código florestal brasileiro diante do campo discursivo, uma vez que a visibilidade ali empregada se aproxima de uma disputa argumentativa. Optamos por acercar os conceitos de deliberação pública e deliberação mediada do contexto dos movimentos sociais.
