In this way, we defined what is a curriculum and a master's degree, and finally we told about the three philosophical lines that mostly represent the Ibero-American communication studies’ frame. Concretely, they are the line of communicology, the line of social sciences and the line of cultural studies. We concluded the work pointing out the dangers of using an atheoretical approach. |

We concluded the work pointing out the dangers of using an atheoretical approach.Este ensayo busca formar una visión crítica sobre cómo estudiar los procesos de enseñanza de la comunicación en los posgrados de las universidades iberoamericanas. Las preguntas que guiaron el trabajo fueron: ¿qué tipo de investigador o profesional de la comunicación están formando los programas de posgrado? ¿Cómo y hasta qué punto la comunicación puede incidir en la sociedad y la cultura, logrando cambios? Posteriormente definimos lo que es un currículo y un posgrado, para finalmente hablar de las tres líneas filosóficas que mayoritariamente enmarcan el campo de la comunicación en Iberoamérica, es decir, la de la comunicología, la de las ciencias sociales y la de los estudios culturales. Concluimos el trabajo señalando los peligros de utilizar un enfoque ateórico.Este ensaio busca formar uma visão crítica sobre como estudar os processos de ensino da comunicação nos mestrados das universidades ibero-americanas. As perguntas que guiaram este trabalho foram: que tipo de pesquisador ou profissional da comunicação estão formando os programas de pós-graduação? Como e até que ponto a comunicação pode incidir na sociedade e na cultura, conseguindo fomentar mudanças? Posteriormente, definimos o que é um currículo e um mestrado, para finalmente falar sobre as três linhas filosóficas que majoritariamente enquadram o campo da comunicação na Ibero-América, ou seja, a linha da comunicologia, a das ciências sociais e a dos estudos culturais.
