To fulfill this purpose the news that people share on social networks massively are identified and comments expressed analyzed. For this work a case study approach is applied to the online newspaper media of Medellin, Colombia, which integrate aspects of the netnographic method. The results outlined provide useful guidelines to complement intervention policy at local level. |
