Ventana de múltiples aristas, con trasparencias y, también, opacidades; siempre abierta al cuestionamiento y la proposición. ¿Cómo caracterizar el escenario de interacción de las organizaciones sociales en el espacio local? ¿Cuáles son sus principales objetivos? ¿Se inscriben en algún proyecto político? ¿Qué relaciones establecen entre ellas y con el territorio? Éstas son algunas de las preguntas que delinearon el itinerario del artículo que aquí compartimos y nos animaron en la iniciativa de construir una “cartografía” de las organizaciones socio-territoriales y socio-políticas de la ciudad de Río Cuarto (Argentina) en el período 2014-2015.Este artigo convida a olhar para a cidade a partir da janela da ação coletiva. É uma janela com arestas múltiplas, com transparências e também opacidades; sempre aberta ao questionamento e à proposição. Como caracterizar o cenário de interação das organizações sociais no espaço local? Quais são seus principais objetivos? Participam de algum projeto político? Que relações estabelecem entre elas e com o território?
