| Summary: | It shows a case report of a 23-year-old patient with a history of peptic ulcer disease under treatment attended at the emergency service due to a 24-hour evolution of abdominal pain accompanied by nausea and vomiting. On physical examination, he showed pain on palpation and peritonism. White blood count reports leukocytosis with neutrophilia. Imagen studies revealed a voluminous, multi-sited mass. The lesion was resected, confirming a giant cystic that corresponds to a mesenteric lymphangioma by histopathology. The clinical evolution was favorable without recurrence. |
