The clinical evolution was favorable without recurrence.Se presenta de un paciente de 23 años de edad, con antecedente de enfermedad ulceropéptica bajo tratamiento que acude al Emergencia por cuadro de dolor abdominal de 24 horas de evolución acompañado de náusea y vómito. Al examen físico presenta dolor a la palpación y peritonismo. La biometría reporta leucocitosis con neutrofilia; los estudios revelan una masa voluminosa y multitabicada. Se resecó la lesión confirmándose por histopatología un linfangioma mesentérico quístico gigante.
