Taking into account the objectives and principles defined in the Declaration of Salvador de Bahía (2008), the Montego Bay Action Plan (2009), Cancun Declaration (2010), as well as in the initiatives embodied in the Caracas Work Program for the Implementation of the Plan of Montego Bay Action (2010-2011), In compliance with the mandates of these ministerial meetings and senior authorities, highlighting and valuing the results of the activities held in the framework of their implementation (2010-2011), they agree to adopt based on the principles of flexibility and voluntary participation in the initiatives, several decisions that make up the Caracas 2012 Action Plan. |
